In 1998 Andin became a member of Toastmasters International, the world leader in Communication and Leadership Development. Through this organization, Andin

gained the skills of Public Speaking and Leadership. She served in her local Club

as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President of Membership, Vice-President of Education/ Training and President. She was awarded The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation in 2015.

July 2004 she was appointed Area Director (formerly Area Governor) for Area 44 in the Bahamas and led her team to receive the coveted title of “President Distinguished Area.” During her tenure, she was instrumental in training and mentoring young Bahamians including the Junior Achievers, Debutantes and many other groups of young individuals in developing their public speaking and leadership skills. At present, she remains passionate and steadfast in the Toastmasters Organization and assists fellow toastmasters in the capacity of advisor, mentor, and trainer.

January 2018 she became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. She obtained her Coach Training at the Institute of Professional  Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Andin is also a member of the International Organization of Coaches (IOC).

As part of her, coaching Andin works with clients to develop Public Speaking and Presentation Skills to support their career advancement.

Presently she works at Doctors Hospital (Nassau, Bahamas) as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
